- Flu Clinic 10/23 - Sutter Health and Kilroy Realty Corporation have teamed up to help fight the flu this season. Please email Marina Ayad at mayad@kilroyrealty.com to reserve a flu shot. Management Office Updates
Justin Sacco who was formally the Senior Property Manager of 303 Second Street has been promoted to Asset Manager! In addition to 303 Second, Justin's portfolio has expanded and he will be overseeing Kilroy's 250, 301 and 333 Brannan locations. Congratulations Justin!
Carly Perez who was formally the Assistant Property Manager at 303 has been promoted to Property Manager! Carly has been at the building since June of 2013 and holds 11 years of property management experience. Congratulations Carly!
Marina Ayad has joined the Management Office team as a part-time Property Coordinator. Marina is currently finishing up her last year at San Francisco State University and is with us from Noon - 4 pm Monday through Friday. She can be reached at mayad@kilroyrealty.com or 415-778-5625.  Employee Spotlight
We would like to congratulate Felipe Canelo on being outstanding employee of the quarter! Felipe did a wonderful job filling in as Day Lead last month and continues to provide excellent janitorial service on his day to day activities.
Felipe has been with Able since May 2011 and with 303 since March 2014.
In his spare time Felipe enjoys taking his kids to their mariachi band practice. His 11 year old son plays the trumpet and 15 year old son plays the guitar. Thanks for your amazing service Felipe!

Opening Soon
We are excited to announce that Urban Picnic is scheduled to open October 13th in the Northeast corner of the plaza. Urban Picnic uses 100% raw unprocessed fruits & veggies to make their delicious pho soups, salads and sandwiches.

Building Showers
We are pleased to announce the grand opening of the 303 shower facilities this month. They are located in the South Tower across from the freight elevator in the corridor leading to the loading dock.
The showers may be utilized by any building employee after the 303 Bike & Shower Room Release of Liability form has been filled out and submitted to building management. These will not be open to the public.
