Jeff St. Charles joined the Kilroy Realty team in December 2013 as the Chief Engineer of 303 Second Street. Before coming to us, Jeff was the Assistant Engineer for Seton Hospital in Daly City, CA and served a total of 16 years on the hospital's engineering crew.

He comes with over 30 years of industry experience and he will oversee a crew of 5 building engineers.

Retail Construction Update

Fearless Restaurant at 303 Second Street

Construction on the much anticipated Red Dog and Fearless restaurants is currently underway and on schedule. Plumbing is complete and concrete was just poured in both of the spaces. The next phase of construction will include carpentry, fixtures installation and sprinkler work.

Farmer's Market

The Farmer's Market is back as of Wednesday, February 6th.

303 Second Street,in conjunction with

Urban Table, continues to bring the Farmers' Market to the plaza every Wednesday, from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Vendors are currently providing seasonal and local fruits and vegetables, nuts, floral arrangements and freshly popped kettle corn.

Electronic Recycling

Our next electronic recycling pickup is February 20th. Be sure to visit our website for the procedures and a list of items that can be recycled!

Electronic recycling takes place the third Thursday of each month.

Tree Lighting Ceremony - November 22, 2013

On November 22nd, Kilroy Realtyhosted the 2nd annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in the 303 Second Street Plaza. We enjoyed listening to the 6 piece jazz band while serving coffee, tea and hot cocoa.

Tenant Holiday Party - December 10, 2013

On December 10th, Kilroy held the annual Tenant Holiday Party in the North Tower Lobby. We served delicious appetizers and desserts for J&V Catering. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the holiday party so festive!

Bike Room

We are very pleased to announce that the 303 Second Bike Room is open for business! The Bike Room is located in the South Tower garage. The bike room houses a handy fix-it station with all in-one tools, a stand and a pump.
