Holiday Food Drive
 We're are pleased to announce that Kilroy Realty is participating in a food drive through the Thanksgiving holiday to benefit the San Francisco Rescue Mission Food Bank. The barrels have been placed in the North and South Tower lobbies.
The San Francisco Rescue Mission Food Bank is a local food bank that serves under-privileged people in the Tenderloin. They are currently serving food to over 1,400 people and giving out over one ton of groceries per week. Food we collect during the Holiday Drive is made into hot meals and given away to seniors, families and children who attend Thanksgiving and Christmas meal events in the Tenderloin. Please donate nonperishable items to benefit those in need. Thank you for your generosity! |

2012 BOMA San Francisco Toy Drive
 This Holiday Season, our building will participate in a toy drive that will benefit needy children. The beneficiary is the San Francisco Firefighters Toy Program. Since 1986, the Toy Drive has been co-sponsored by the Building Owners and Managers Association of San Francisco. In the past 25 years, your contributions have provided over 1,200,000 toys!
The collection barrels will be placed in the lobby in the next few weeks. Please feel free to drops off a new and unwrapped toy so they can be sorted for kids by gender and age group. The Firefighters have asked us tonote that toys/gifts for teenagers and pre-teens are in particular demand. |

Recycling & Energy Conservation at 303 Second
 Have batteries to recycle? As a reminder, we have battery collection buckets on the North loading dock. However, please do not leave other e-waste recycling on the loading dock, as Green Citizen will pick it up from your suite.
Since April of this year, we have received over $ 49,000 in credit savings on our PG&E bills as a result of our energy conservation efforts! These savings are passed directly on to all our tenants through the monthly common area maintenance (CAM) charges. Throughout the year we have placed posters in the lobby and sent emails to everyone asking tenants to conserve energy. Thank you for your help! |

Fire Drill - November 7th, 2012
On November 7th, 303 Second Street conducted the annual fire drill. The drill was a success and we want to thank all of our tenants for your participation!
Halloween Party October 31, 2012
On October 31st, Kilroy sponsored a Halloween party that was held in the North and South Tower Lobbies. We served Halloween cookies with punch and hosted a costume contest for 3 lucky winners who won gift certificates!

Property Management also got into the Halloween spirit!
Health Fair October 9, 2012
On October 9th, we sponsored a Health Fair at 303 Second Street that included:
- Dental Health
- The American Heart Association
- The NASA Computerized Stress Screening Test
- 24 Hour Fitness
- Massage Chair
This event was sponsored by Kilroy Realty and San Francisco Corporate Wellness. We also offered flu shots on October 9th, which were administered by Sutter Home Care, a local not-for-profit home health care provider. Many tenants took advantage of this "in-house" flu shot clinic.
