Tim also hosts Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs, Secrets of Louisville Chefs Live, and Secrets of Resort Chefs weekly TV shows shown in the Kentucky region. He is the author of That's Entertaining!, a featured columnist for Louisville Food & Dining Magazine, an active Board Member of GuardiaCare and an Honorary Board Member for the Brain Injury Alliance of Kentucky.
