1si is looking for sponsors for the 2016 Pearls of Wisdom series. Pearls of Wisdom is one of our fastest growing events and features over 150 business professionals joining together to hear a successful business woman share her story.

This unique 1si program includes the keynote speaker, table discussion time and an opportunity to win a strand of Pearls. Dates for 2016 are: March 9, June 8, September 14 and December 7. All programs are 8-10 a.m. at Kye's II in Jeffersonville.

Sponsorships range from $500-$1,500. Sponsorships comes with event registrations, logos on the invitation and event signage, opportunity to leave promo items on the tables and recognition from the podium. Lisa Benson joined Louisville Business First as editor in November. She has more than 15 years' experience in business journalism and spent most of her career with the Cincinnati Business Courier, a sister paper to Business First. She held a variety of positions in Cincinnati, from digital editor to research director to managing editor, and helped drive a more than 200 percent increase in digital traffic. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in news-editorial journalism.

David Bingham joined Louisville Business First as the research director in August 1989. He was named marketing and circulation director in 1992, and audience development director in the fall of 2011. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. He currently serves on a variety of boards in the community.
