1si Mentoring Program gearing up to launch Season 2

1si is preparing to launch the next session of "The Mentoring Program" a unique opportunity that partners young professionals within 1si with business professionals in the community in informal settings. A variety of characteristics are assessed to make the best matches including occupation, goals and expectations. Young professionals benefit from valuable academic and professional advice and perspective and have the opportunity to create a unique and lasting relationship with a business leader. Mentors enhance the Southern Indiana professional community by serving as role models, coaches and advisors to our local talent as they ponder career choices and consider how to best apply and advance their acquired skills in the pursuit of their professional and personal goals.

If you are a young professional or have a young professional in your company who is interested in being a part of this program, please contact Kalisha Bass. The program begins in July.

To sponsor this exciting new program, contact Josh Suiter for more information.
