Time Again for Photo Submissions Due 6/1
For the Love of Rescues Calendar 2016
Every year we ask all our past adopters to submit photos of your Dals & dogs for the annual fundraising calendar For the Love of Rescues. To date, every year's calendar has had several of our dogs make the final cut. This calendar has been a wonderful fundraiser for us and the sale of each calendar brings $10 back to rescue. So we ask you to please read the guidelines then search for your best rescue pictures, and submit them to help our future rescue dogs!

A Different Kind of April
Two Dals traveled thousands of miles to get a better life
They finally arrived! The Qatar Dalmatians, JAKE & JACOB are here in Tampa with JUAN expected to reach us June 4th in Atlanta. Adam Fernandez escorted the 2 dogs all the way to Tampa International Airport, we are so grateful to him and the rest of the folk at PAWS RESCUE QATAR, including his wife Caroline who reached out to us on their behalf. JACOB has found his forever home and JAKE still needs a few medical issues addressed is working on a few more pounds before adoption. We also were able to take in FRECKLES from Chipley. He is a 10 month old cute mixed boy who is a total love. In adoptions, our ANNIE has finally found a home she doesn't want to escape...YAY! So happy she for her. Plus there was good news for CANE & CALYPSO... foster daddies Tony W. & Gregg P. decided to fail & become his FoEvah Daddies! Double Yay!
So for 2015, with 4 dogs carrying over from 2014, we have taken in an additional 7 dogs, 3 returnees, and 7 have been adopted into loving homes. We have 14 care-for-lifers, leaving our current responsibility of caring for 20 Dals & dogs... ANY or ALL could use SPONSORS!
Your help is very much needed, especially getting these dogs noticed at events or shared on social media.
Our Dals & dogs, in various stages of readiness, seeking their forever homes are:

How Bobo became Beau Boh
He's living a grand life now
You never know what life may have in store for you. BOBO came to us from a bad situation in GA where his rescuer became overwhelmed... it led to a life at the end of a chain. Sherry M. agreed to be his foster so we took this sweet boy into rescue. Unfortunately, Bobo had heartworms that need to be treated. Meanwhile, across town one of our former rescues was developing a heath issue that eventually ended her life. It was lucky for Bobo that Alison believes when one leaves us for the Rainbow Bridge that another should be saved. So off to Chez Boh our Bobo would go and get his new, but similar name. Alison wrote us:
Beau is the BEST dog I've ever had, and he has lots of competition. Even though he didn't have much human contact that we know of, he is loving and so smart. He sits before his delicious meals are put down before him:). He and Bentley play tug-of-war and he loves car rides. Beau is my new beau! I could take him anywhere, restaurant, hotel, parties, and he would be a true gentleman, except for his begging:) We're soooo happy!
And we are happy too for our Beau!
