AWCNJ is co-hosting a networking event and educational workshop with The Association for Women in Computing of Northern NJ (AWC-NNJ) on Thursday, April 16, from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Catch up with colleagues and friends, and meet new ones, over a light buffet dinner (pasta, sandwiches, salad, beverages and dessert). All are welcome!
Kathleen Cashman will facilitate Your Best You - Tapping the Leader Within, a two-hour workshop that will help attendees identify leadership skills and formulate a personal action plan to develop and utilize them right away. It includes a guided discussion with targeted outcomes; participants will leave with ideas for action and practical application.
Cost: $10 for members, $20 for non-members

About Kathleen Cashman Kathleen Cashman is an adjunct professor to the Rutgers University, Masters of Business and Science Program, which is part of the Professional Science Masters field. She leads the Communication and Leadership programs, internships for all MBS students and is the Executive Business Coach to the entire STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) student population.
Kathleen also teaches at Montclair State University within the MBA Program. Kathleen earned a BS degree from Seton Hall University in Marketing and an MBA in Management from Farleigh Dickinson University. She is the President of the NJAWBO Southern Region.

National AWC is hosting its next Know to Grow webinar with presenter and AWC member Alicia DiGennaro, who shares stories and lessons learned through her 20+ year career in internal communications. We all know effective internal communication is critical for creating an engaged workforce and a successful company. Alicia has worked for Subway Restaurants, Comcast Cable, and Hubbell Incorporated, and has seen the differences and similarities in internal communication across these different companies.
The event is FREE TO MEMBERS of the Association for Women in Communications. Non-member cost is $39.00.
