Hess Toy Truck Mobile Museum Celebrating
50 Years of Hess Toy Trucks

Visiting AACA Museum - November 30th

  The countdown is on!



Hershey, PA (October 31, 2014) The Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Museum will host the Hess Toy Truck Mobile Museum on Sunday, November 30th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  A fun day for collectors and fans of all ages!  Beginning November 1st, fans of the Hess Toy Truck will get to experience their favorite toy in a way they never have before, with the first ever Hess Toy Truck Mobile Museum! In celebration of the Hess Toy Truck's 50th Anniversary, they're taking the entire collection of holiday Hess Toy Trucks on the road. Come check it out to view never-before-seen artifacts chronicling the history of this beloved toy.

The Mobile Museum is free to the public and will be a family friendly event, with outdoor activities such as puzzles, coloring, a photo booth, prize wheel, and an opportunity to play all the Hess Toy Truck mobile app games.  All outdoor activities are weather permitting.  Admission to the AACA Museum will be at regular pricing.

The Mobile Museum, which launches Saturday, Nov. 1, at The Strong Museum in Rochester, New York, will travel across the East Coast making over 30 stops through the middle of December.   The Hess Toy Truck Mobile Museum will be making a stop here at the AACA Museum on Sunday, November 30th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  You can follow the Mobile Museum blog at hesstoytruck.com as well as on social media with the hashtag #HessMobileMuseum.

About  the AACA Museum
The Antique Automobile Club of America Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate, displays beautifully restored automobiles, buses and motorcycles in unique life-like scenes representing the 1890s - 1980s in a cross-country journey from New York to San Francisco.   This Museum, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, is known to be one of the largest automotive museums.  Special exhibits change several times a year and focus on a variety of eras and types of vehicles.  The Museum is in South Hanover Township, located just off Route 39, one mile west of Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, Pennsylvania.  Regular admission $12, seniors age 61 and older $11, juniors age 4-12 $9, children age 3 and under are FREE.  The Museum is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.   The AACA Museum will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.   For further information, please call 717-566-7100 or visit www.AACAMuseum.org.
