AAHomecare reported on Friday, May 17 that as part of the strategy to stop the Medicare DMEPOS bidding program and replace it with the market pricing program, Congressmen Glenn 'GT' Thompson (R-Pa.) and Bruce Braley (D-Iowa) are spearheading a Congressional sign-on letter to CMS demanding that Round 2 be delayed. This delay would give Congress more time for oversight of the bidding program and to pass MPP.

AAHomecare is asking members of the House of Representatives to sign this important letter, as well as cosponsor H.R. 1717, the Medicare DMEPOS Market Pricing Program Act of 2013.  CAMPS members can assist with this process.  Please contact your Representative and request they sign on to the letter.
