Dear Valued Patrons and Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that the Kali Student Clinic is reducing it's public hours to special events.   Our final date of operation will be Thursday, September 17, 2015.  As a former director of the Student Clinic, I am especially sad to make this announcement; my time in the clinic is one I will always think of with great fondness.

The bodywork industry in the state of California is currently undergoing major changes.  This year, the California Massage Therapy Council has revised the requirements for becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist.  While these changes are positive in that they are increasing the training necessary to become a professional bodyworker and will help to increase the reputation of massage as a form of wellness care, they have necessitated changes to our Program structure.  

Over the years we have been so grateful for your support, patience, and loyalty.  You have provided our students with the unique opportunity to experience the professional world of bodywork.  Your feedback, encouragement, and openness have assisted countless numbers of  students in finding their style and confidence to move forward in their chosen profession.  We are tremendously appreciative for the opportunity to work with you.

We hope to see you before we make this transition.  Please call the clinic today to schedule your appointment.  We can be reached at (805) 754-1717.  Once the clinic closes, we would be happy to provide you with a therapist referral.  Please let us know if you are in need.

In future, the school will periodically open to the community for special events and hope you would be willing to join us every few months on these occasions.  We will make sure to send out plenty of notice and stand by our commitment to provide exceptional bodywork for a very reasonable price.
