Breema is a gentle, flowing style of bodywork that is equally nourishing to both the giver and receiver. With stretches, leans, and holds that take the recipient through three dimensions, a trust is established, allowing for deeply held tensions to melt away. Practiced on a padded mat, fully clothed, a non-judgmental atmosphere promotes the release of conditioned patterns, replacing them with a new sense of vitality. In this three-hour introduction students will learn how to:
~give and receive several full Breema sequences;
~learn the Nine Principles of Harmony and how they apply to your whole life as well as the dynamics of a
Breema session;
~ discover a natural and flowing way to move your body
~ learn a series of nurturing Self-Breema exercises.
