Stone Massage, both hot and cold, has become one of the most popular forms of treatments in healing centers and spas. In addition to the physical and energetic affects that can be achieved with the stones, clients report feeling deeply relaxed and grounded in the present when stones are used in their sessions. This one day workshop will give you all the knowledge you need to incorporate stones into your current work or make them the focal point of the session and will include:
History of stone massage therapy
The physiological effects and benefits of stone massage therapy
Contraindications and awareness
