Dear Students and friends,
I have an exciting event i'd like to share called, "Meditative Tone Journey" coming up on Friday, August 9, and starts @ 6pm.
Back in the eighties, one of my teachers was hanging out with this musician friend by the name of
Laraaji. We used to hold music and chanting sessions, using his beautiful music. I recently taught a class in the EBC Program where we did some chanting as a way to open up the throat chakra and I wanted to see if I could find a copy of Laraaji's Om Namah Shivaya.
My search led me to a direct phone call from him and while catching up, I found out that he was planning to be in San Diego in early August. So I invited him to visit the school, he agreed to do an evening workshop with us, which I am excited about. We'll only be charging $25 and Kali Students will be given 3-hours of transcript credit. This is guaranteed to be a very "far out" and bliss-inducing evening, so join us if you can!
