Lymphatic Drainage Therapy combines surface mapping and drainage of the lymphatic system with energy work to restore energetic balance, boost the immune system and gently detoxify the body. Participants in this one-day introduction will cover:

w a review of the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system;

w techniques for clearing the lymphatic system on both a physical and energetic level;

w the design and sequencing of a full-body lymphatic drainage session;

w neurolymphatic points and techniques that can enhance lymphatic drainage work; and

wHands on review of the front of the body and full session on the back of the body.

Vicky Cobb, has practiced massage for the past 8 years. She is a graduate of Ahern's Massage Therapy School, Mariposa, California, has studied and is certified in CranioSacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage at The Upledger Institute, with Dr. John Upledger and Dr. Bruno Chickly, developers in their respective fields. She currently teaches Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Touch for Health, Reiki, Qi Gong and Tai Chi in the United States and Internationally and maintains a private practice in Westlake Village, CA.
