The RFPC Rotary Monoblock is designed to perform multiple
functions in a Class 100 clean room environment. These versatile machines can fill, stopper, plug, or screw cap up to four containers at a time, performing each of the operations in synchronization on a common frame-in less than 45 sq. ft. (4.2 m2) of floor space.  
 

Our GW24 Batch Washer is a high production vial and ampule cleaning machine, designed for years of reliable operation.

 

The PF2TT Tabletop Powder Filler is designed to promote the highest level of performance for  accuracy and repeatability. This machine is perfect for labs or limited production facilities.

  

The Cozzoli F400X-SS Single Piston Filler is your machine for filling liquids at low production rates with high accuracy. Fills aqueous solutions to light oils, easy to clean and sterilize, and is designed for rapid changeover

 

The SC50T Screw Cap/Aluminum Sealing Machine provides uniform tightening of container caps up to 95mm in diameter. The Aluminum Sealer offers uniform roller-sealing of crimp caps. 

 

The HS1 Hand Sealer will tip or pull seal your ampules, then flame polish the seal.
