"Lights & Lasers Classes Start April 12

Act Now to Enroll Your Technicians

"Dear Colorado Photonics Members,

As many of you know, the local photonics community is struggling to find good optical technicians for hire.  As a result, a handful of our member companies led by REO are helping to spearhead an effort to get an associate degree program in Photonics established at Front Range Community College up in Longmont.  While the associates degree approval process will take some additional time, the first course in photonics is starting on April 12th (next Tuesday) and will be taught by a handful of industry experts from our local photonics community.  The success of this course and our ability to fill this first course is critical in demonstrating the need for this level of training.  If your in-house technicians or any other employees at your company could benefit from an introductory photonics course, this is a huge opportunity with both classroom and lab instruction.  It is being offered from 4pm to 7pm Tues/Thu and lasts a little over 2 months.

Please see the attached flier and let us know if you have any further questions.
