"Why High Tech Salespeople Fail...
and what to do about it"  
 
Today's technology salespeople face unique challenges in a complex and hyper-competitive marketplace. This interactive workshop will present new solutions and tactics to effectively deal with these challenges.

This workshop is for technology leaders and managers who are facing issues like:
  • They spend a lot on marketing lead-generation, but have concerns their people aren't converting a higher percentage of those leads to sales calls, demos / proposals.
  • Have tech-savvy salespeople who struggle with the sales skills necessary to close deals so closing ratio suffers.
  • Have a strong value proposition, but are frustrated with salespeople defaulting to price vs. selling value and are knowledgeable product or "subject matter experts", but sometimes end up becoming unpaid consultants, getting 'used' for their proposals, quotes or demos without any kind of firm commitment from the prospect.  
This practical workshop will arm participants with useful tools to take control of the selling process with more favorable outcomes and a dramatically reduced selling cycle.
