Getac T800 is a fully rugged tablet that combines outstanding performance and an 8.1 inch display utilizing Getac's revolutionary LumiBond technology to achieve a display that is more readable, and offers better contrast and more crisp colors.
The T800's compact design is less than 1 inch thick and less than 9 x 6 inches in size. At just over 2 pounds, this rugged tablet is designed to easily fit ergonomically in one hand. It meets MIL-STD-810G and IP65 standards for durability and protection against dirt, dust, water, motion, vibration, temperature and other factors that would quickly damage a commercial-grade tablet.
The Getac T800 is powered by an Intel Quad-core N3520 2.16GHz processor, 4GB RAM, and a 64GB solid state drive. It has built-in 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and optional 4G LTE mobile broadband to keep workers connected. The webcam and 5MP auto-focus camera can capture images or video on the go.
For vehicle deployments, the T800 can be configured with pass-through antenna ports allowing you to simultaneously connect high-gain GPS, WWAN, and WLAN roof mounted antennas. Optional dedicated GPS offers 2x search capacity, faster location positioning, and improved accuracy over competitors' embedded GPS designs.
The T800 rugged tablet boasts up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge. Additionally, you can have endless SnapBack battery add-ons at the ready for potentially infinite, uninterrupted battery life. This allows you to keep working without ever shutting down.
