Get Ready Downtowners! We've got two back to back weekends with big events taking place. The City of Miami Special Events Office is working closely with event organizers and special traffic routes are in place. Get to know these routes to get you where you need to go...
Ultra Music Festival
March 15-17
March 22-24  
    
   
The Ultra Music Festival will be taking place during two weekends in Downtown Miami : March 15-17 and March 22-24. UltraFest takes place at Bayfront Park. Approximately 60 to 75 thousand people are expected to attend this world renown event per day. On both weekends the traffic re-direct will begin as of 10am Friday and expected to return to regular flow by 6am on Monday.

St. Patrick's in Brickell

  Saturday, March 16th
Fado at Mary Brickell Village will present an all day "St. Pratice" Day starting at 9am. There will be live music and entertainment taking place all day.
Brickell Irish Pub and Segafredo will be joining together Saturday to present the 4th Annual St. Patrick's Day Fest-Street Party 12pm-12am, there will be a street closure adjacent to the venues.

Sunday, March 17th
Fado at Mary Brickell Village presents the Third Annual St. Patrick's Day Street Festival. The party starts at 8am with live music an entertainment all day and night. There will be a street closure between 9th and 10th on South Miami Avenue (see below). >More

St. Patrick's Day BrickellFest will take place at 1001 South Miami Avenue from Noon-11pm (across from El Vato).

The red squares represent the street closure, directly in front of Mary Brickell Village. The street closure will be taking place on Sunday, March 17 from 7am-Midnight. The arrows represent the flow of traffic.

From Outside Downtown Miami
Metrorail
Most Metrorail Stations offer parking facilities. You can park at any Metrorail surface lot or parking garage for just $4 a day seven days a week, including holidays and take the Metrorail to either Brickell or Government Center Station. See Stations click here


Within Downtown Miami
Metromover - FREE
Getting around Downtown Miami is free and easy with the Metromover. Stations are located throughout Downtown Miami. As of today, Monday 3/11 Metromover is scheduled to run on regular schedule during the next two weekends. Metromover runs from 5am-Midnight, 7days a week.

Metrobus
Metrobus offers countywide service from Miami Beach to West Miami-Dade and from the  Middle Keys to Broward Boulevard. All buses are wheelchair accessible. In addition, Metrobus connects with Metrorail and Metromover click here

From/To Miami Beach
WaterTaxi
WaterTaxi Miami will be offering an hourly special route to/from Miami Beach Marina, Pier E and Bayside Marina (by Hard Rock Cafe). The cost per person/per trip is $15
This special route is being offered from 3/15-3/17

Friday:

Starting at 3pm with last trip to Downtown Miami from Miami Beach at 9pm and from Downtown Miami to Miami Beach at 10pm.
Saturday and Sunday:
Starting at 11am at Bayside Marina with last trip to Downtown Miami from Miami Beach at 9pm and from Downtown Miami to Miami Beach at 10pm.
This special hourly service is being offered on a first come basis.
