FROM THE FUNDRAISING FRONT
Maintaining Walton's excellence maintains our children's strong educational opportunities.
Did you know Walton's Class of 2014 consisted of:
- 657 graduates
- 622 attended a 4-year college (95%), 26 attended a 2 year college (4%)
- 4 students took a GAP year, 5 students joined the military
- Students are attending 121 different colleges and universities in 32 states and 3 countries
- 325 students graduated with Honors, (with a weighted GPA of 3.5 or above)
- 443 students (64.7%) earned the HOPE scholarship
- Not including HOPE, 2014 graduates received over $8.8 million in scholarship money
Maintaining Walton's excellence also maintains our home values.
Did you know:
- Homes within the Walton cluster are on the market half of the time of homes for sale in neighboring clusters (an average of 34 days).
- The list price and final sale price for homes within the Walton cluster are at least 37% higher than in neighboring clusters.
- Homes within the Walton cluster sell for 98% of the list price (on average).
