The Virtual Forum is Back

The Nov. 4 General Election is less than two weeks away. The Traverse City Area Chamber and Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance updated their 2014 Virtual Candidate Forum to offer a comprehensive overview of where the candidates stand on numerous issues in races for several state and local offices.

Opportunity Knocks at Expo

There's still time - but it's running out quickly - to join more than 120 area businesses at the region's largest business showcase. The Chamber Business Expo on Nov. 11 will draw close to 1,300 attendees to the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, and there are still a few exhibit booths remaining. Reserve a space today.

The Expo follows a sold-out Economic Outlook Breakfast that morning at the resort. Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan President Dan Loepp will join financial expert Mitchell Stapley of Fifth Third Bank for a wide-ranging analysis of the regional and state economy.

Why We Collaborate

If you wonder why the Chamber is involved in this effort, read Phil Power's "Daring to Collaborate" in this week's Bridge Magazine.
