Early Health & Nutrition + Education = Healthy Humans

James Heckman, the Nobel Laureate economist at University of Chicago, is well-known for his empirical evaluation of the effects of early childhood education and its impact later in life-"skill begets skill."  Now Dr. Heckman and his research team have turned their attention to the health impact of early nutrition and preventative medicine.

Their findings, published in the journal Science on March 28 are "groundbreaking" according to a  New York Times editorial.  Find out more about the data in this video conversation with Dr. Heckman or visit the website HeckmanEquation.org
