Personal Property Tax Deadline Looms
Area businesses are advised of approaching deadlines to receive exemptions to Michigan's Personal Property Tax.  Businesses can exempt industrial and commercial personal property with a true cash value up to $80,000, but must file an affidavit with their local property assessor by Feb. 10.
