Hear examples of crowdfunding technologies used in the Cedar Valley. Cedar Valley United Way and Warttburg College will share their experiences and insights using crowdfunding to raise money for their respective organizations.

Explor-A-Ganza Is Back...

When: February 29, 2016
Where: GBPAC Lobby
Time: 3:45 - 5:00 p.m. (set-up 3:30)
Cost: Free to CVNA members; $25 for non-members
Feel free to bring any display materials along with handouts of any job, internship, and/or volunteer opportunities.
Explore-A-Ganza is an excellent opportunity for you to meet UNI students to discuss internships, jobs, career & volunteer opportunities with your organization. Organization profiles will be shared with students before the event. The format of the event will consist of "speed interviewing" with 5-6 rounds/rotations. Each organization representative will meet with approximately 20 students. We hope you will join us!
Cookies and refreshments will be available as well throughout the event.

Cedar Valley Friends of the Family - 22 Years of Service 1992-2014
Our Mission: To provide safe shelter, confidential services, and housing assistance to individuals in crisis due to homelessness, domestic violence and sexual assault.
Our Vision: Through prevention education and community engagement we seek a future free of violence and homelessness.
Today - our violence prevention programs are educating thousands of youth and adults on how they can prevent violence. Our housing programs help homeless families and individuals achieve independence and stability. And our emergency shelter program helps victims of violent crime achieve safety and an independent life, free from abuse.
