Please join The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa as they host a Human Resources Bootcamp...

 Where: Elk's Club, 407 E Park Ave, Waterloo, IA 

 Time:   9:30 am - 1:30 pm (lunch provided)

 Cost:    $25 for CVNA members, $50 non-members  


 

The Human Resources Boot Camp will ensure that key employees remain

Based on the Works of Dr. Seuss. Follow the adventures of Horton, an elephant who one day hears voices coming from a speck of dust. He discovers that within this tiny speck exists the smallest planet in the universe! On this tiny planet live a tiny race of creatures known as Whos. Although ridiculed by the other animals in the Jungle of Nool for believing in something he cannot see, Horton stubbornly persists in his belief that the Whos exist. Traveling everywhere from the Jungle of Nool to McEligott's Pool, some of the characters fall in love, some have desperate adventures and some even save the world.

You Can Make A Difference......


  

Holiday Gift Wrap in December, the Northeast Iowa Food Bank is offering a gift-wrapping service to shoppers of College Square Mall in Cedar Falls and Crossroads Mall in Waterloo. Please visit either location to have your holiday gifts wrapped for a free-will monetary donation to the Food Bank. You can also contact the Food Bank to donate gift wrap, boxes and other supplies needed for the annual Gift Wrap event, as we are responsible for providing all of the materials.  Please remember for every $1 donated, we can provide up to 4 meals.  Please keep this service in mind while you are out shopping this holiday season.  For other ways you can help your local Food Bank, please visit their web-site.
