Graduation ceremonies were held on October 5 for the Nile Vocational School, graduating class of 2013.  Three of our Ugandan Lambs were among the graduates!  We are very proud of Robert, Daniel, and Viola for successfully completing their vocational training.  Each program is very comprehensive and includes an internship with a local company as well as a National Examination.  Each of our graduates have obtained employment in their chosen field which will allow them to support themselves and become role models for the younger children in the Ugandan Lambs program.  A special thanks to the sponsors who have made graduation possible!

Plans for the 2014 major fundraising event are coming together nicely.
Please save the date:  February 7, 2014!  Watch for details in future newsletters.  Please contact us if you are able to help with the planning or implementation of the fundraiser.  Many hands are needed to assist with various details!  Thank you for considering giving whatever time you have available.  Every little task is beneficial.

Many of the children need sponsors.  The emotional impact of children who are not "chosen" for sponsorship is hard to imagine.  Not only have they lost their parents, they have insecurity about their future. Sponsorship gives the children the opportunity to know that someone really cares for them and ensures that they will receive spiritual training, school attendance, nourishing meals, and essential health care, which allows them to feel wanted and cared for.  Please help us to get each child sponsored by the end of the year.

Wishing each of you a very Happy Thanksgiving.  We are overwhelmed by the numerous ways our Lord has blessed us this past year and deeply grateful to each of you for your generous donations of time, money, talent, and for your never ending commitment to the welfare of our precious Ugandan Lambs!
