Our trip to Uganda in January was very productive, spiritually, physically and emotionally.  As you can see from the photo above, we were able to bring Bibles to the children and I had the joy of leading a Bible study with them.  The Thursday Night Men's Bible Study group at Cornerstone Church generously donated the funds to purchase one Bible for each child. Something they will treasure forever! 

The children's physical needs were addressed as we were able to provide medications to treat many of the common diseases identified during our previous visit last August (see story below).  The children have many emotional needs which were discussed in individual and group sessions.  The older children struggle with issues related to entering the work force and fear of leaving the relatively secure environment provided by Ugandan Lambs.  The younger children have issues related to finding their identity in the "new normal" situation they have been forced to accept.  Please pray that God will give us wisdom as we strive to meet these needs.
