The owners of Ross Environmental Services, Inc. and its affiliates, Maureen Cromling, Bill Cromling II, Bill Cromling III, and Jon Cromling, are pleased to announce the acquisition of A&D Environmental Services, Inc.

A&D Environmental Services is headquartered in High Point, NC. The company is a provider of a full range of industrial, remediation, waste management, transportation and emergency response services from eight locations throughout the Southeast and Colorado. It is a successful, well-respected company in the waste management industry with knowledgeable and experienced management.

A&D Environmental Services will retain its name and continue to operate as a separate company and will become a member of The RossWay Group, which also includes Ross Environmental Services, Inc., Ross Incineration Services, Inc. and Ross Transportation Services, Inc.

This new partnership will enable our customers to continue to receive the high quality service that they have come to expect from us in the past with the addition of new, more comprehensive services," said William E. Cromling III on behalf of the family ownership.

This acquisition expands the expertise, infrastructure, and services available to customers of the Ross Group of companies,  Specifically, A&D can provide heavy industrial cleaning, collection, transportation, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous industrial wastes, remediation of contaminated soil and water, removal of underground storage tanks, and emergency spill response/cleanup.

In addition to its strong presence in the Midwest and East Coast, the addition of A&D expands The Ross Group's presence in the Southeast and Colorado/Wyoming. A&D can easily service customers between southern Virginia and northern Florida within two hours from one of their facilities. Additionally, the acquisition includes five 10-day hazardous waste transfer facilities and two permitted non-hazardous bulk solidification facilities located in strategic areas.

Customers who have done business in the past with us and A&D Environmental Services should continue to work with their contacts at both companies.
