New classes starting in January: Dancehall Aerobics and Turbo Kick Express are two great choices to start year New Year in high gear.  Want to look and feel better?  Healthy Skin & Nutrition is a four week series of classes to improve your skin through diet and nutrition.
  
Bone Builders - A light weight training and exercise program designed to increase bone density. Must be age 60 and up to participate in this free program. Classes begin Wednesday, January 15th 9:30 to 10:30.  Sponsored by Aging Matters in Brevard.
