July is Parks & Recreation Month
July has been named Parks & Recreation Month by the National Recreation and Parks Association. Palm Bay Parks & Recreation is celebrating by creating a Recreation Tree with messages about the importance of parks and recreation. The tree will be on display at the Community Center all summer. New Skate Park Rules Now In Effect
New rules are in effect that require all skatepark users to sign a waiver and have it notarized in order to obtain a free Parks & Recreation ID card. Waiver forms can be downloaded from our website or are available at the Parks Administrative Building at 1150 DeGroodt Rd or at the Palm Bay Community Center at 1502 Port Malabar Blvd. For more information visit McGriff Skate Park on line.
