Positive Feedback for the Confidential
Pricing Guide

We have had tremendously positive feedback for our new Confidential Pricing Guide.  Many of you are using the guide effectively as evidenced by the incoming orders. For those of you who have yet to convert to using the matrix, please give it a try. You will find that it is easy and fast to use and eliminates any down time waiting for responses from the factory.

Please note when using the pricing guide that adders are available as model specific and generically for each family. Items such as mounting hardware, optional diffusers, dimming ballasts, etc need to be added to the base fixture pricing. These adders can be located at the end of the specific model section of the pricing sheet and/or at the bottom of the family page.

We are eagerly awaiting the introduction of the same pricing guide as part of a confidential access section of our website. The pricing guide will have the same layout that you are becoming accustomed to with additional features such as tabulation, interface with Oasis, etc. Pricing will be constantly updated and available as soon as product
is developed. This feature is scheduled for introduction in January 2013.
Pallo Manufacturing Innovations Bring Price Reductions

As we announced back in October, the Pallo SD model fixture has gone through an extensive analysis touching on fixture design, component sourcing and manufacturing and assembly processes with the goal of being able to deliver the same quality product you have come to
expect at a price point more competitive in the marketplace. Every aspect of the design and the manufacturing process was analyzed under our continuous improvement program. We are happy to announce that our efforts have been successful, and the changes we have already implemented allow us to reduce pricing from 17-24% on all Pallo SD models.

Be on the lookout for a pricing addendum reflecting these new prices coming via email shortly.

Meet Joe Bolduc, Production Engineer
Joe Bolduc, Production Engineer

Meet Joe Bolduc, our Production Engineer.
Joe has spent his entire career in the lighting industry working for manufacturers within the Northeastern US. Joe started out his career in 1977 with Sarama Lighting as a draftsman, advancing to Purchasing Manager and Engineering Supervisor. Following his twelve years with Sarama, he worked with American Lighting further honing his skills in scheduling, forecasting, vendor selection and purchasing. His experience and training helped him to be successful, significantly shortening manufacturing lead times while improving overall production levels and shipping windows. Joe joined us 1 ½ years ago, bringing these years of analytical experience to PMC Lighting. Joe is responsible for performing a preliminary review of each new order, checking for pertinent information and making sure necessary materials are on hand. He addresses all potential concerns with the order and initiates an order acknowledgement or a request for clarification.

PMC's Production Engineer resides in Westport, MA and has been married for 37 years. Joe has two daughters, two sons-in-law and two grandchildren - a three year old grandson and a one year old granddaughter. Joe really enjoys his family and spends his free time with them.
