Our first-ever How-To Expo will be a celebration of the creative and do-it-yourself mindset. The event will take over the entire library, and all workshops will be taught by community members and local business owners.

Simple Bike Repair

A demonstration of how to change a flat tire as well as how to monitor and inflate tires.

Genealogy "How To"

Registration required. Limited to 12 IPPL cardholders.
Learn the basics of genealogy research using the library's resources. Must be proficient with the mouse, keyboard, and Internet use. Bring names, dates, and locations to research.

Curing Bacon at Home

Print Making with Hoofprint Workshop
Hoofprint Workshop
Registration required: Noon-1 p.m., 1-2 p.m., or 2-3 p.m.
Create an edition of small prints or cards by carving your image into a Linoleum block and printing on a hand-made Carjack Platen Press. We'll cover basic steps, including block preparation, carving, and printing in this hands-on block printing workshop.
