Crime Readers is for those who like unraveling clues, interpreting evidence, and analyzing characters. We partner with the Woodridge Public Library to bring crime readers together on the third Thursday of the month (September-May). Meets at 6 p.m. for dinner (optional) and 7 p.m. for discussion at Home Run Inn Pizza, 7521 Lemont Rd. in Darien.

The library hosts many get-togethers and has many social opportunities, ranging from book and movie discussion groups for adults to social events for those in their 20s and 30s, and even gaming tournaments for teens.

WouldShop™ Theme Feb. 22-28: Finding Fossils

Excavate and re-create fossils with molds, play dough, and our 3D printer this week in our WouldShop™.
 
The WouldShop™ is a creative DIY space in our Kids & Teens department where families can gather to learn, explore, and create. It includes how-to books as well as tools and materials for select projects, including art, science, and technology. There are even kits that can be used in the library or checked out to take home.
