Is your New Year's resolution to lose weight? Find fitness videos on hoopla, our on-demand digital media service. Collections include: 

Fitness & Exercise (Jillian Michaels, etc.)

Yoga (Beginner, Vinyasa, Hatha, etc.) 

Gaiam TV (Jillian Michaels, Rodney Yee, etc.) 

 

Hoopla also has a large collection of health, nutrition, and diet ebooks.

The display cases in our second floor art gallery are now showing work by Needlers at Night, a local chapter of the American Needlepoint Guild, Inc. The display runs through the end of January.

SCORE, a nonprofit association that provides free assistance to small businesses, hosts regular mentoring sessions at the library on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 9 a.m. to noon. You must book your free session beforehand at foxvalley.score.org

SCORE Small Business Roundtable Discussions 
Wednesdays, Jan. 13 and Feb. 10, 6-8 p.m. 
SCORE volunteers will facilitate structured discussions on topics of interest to small business owners and those interested in getting started. No registration necessary.
