ip-ul-pot-uh-muh s), but what does an IPPLpotamus look
like? Help us decide! Submit ideas, drawings, and/or a list of characteristics to the Kids & Teens Ask Us
Desk through April 15, and watch for the IPPLpotamus this summer!

IPPL offers Roku devices for checkout, and all devices now have access to Netflix. New titles are added weekly, and our newest title is:

  • The Hunger Games: Mockingjay -
    Part 1

New Catalog Feature: My Lists

Our new online catalog will go live on April 14, and it will include a feature called My Lists. My Lists is similar to the My Wish Lists feature in our current catalog.

My Lists gives you a way to keep track of books and other library materials you are interested in. You need only search the catalog once for an item, place it on My Lists, then you can have access to it as long as you wish. When you are ready to place a hold on the item, all you need to do is click "Place Hold."

Remember, if you have created wish lists in your account and want a copy of them, please export them (print or email) before April 10.  Click here for instructions

Reminder #2: When our new catalog goes live on April 14, your PIN will be reset to the last four digits of the primary phone number on your account. Please see our library staff to be sure that your phone number (and other information) is up-to-date by April 10! Our catalog will be unavailable April 11-13 during software installation. After April 14, you may change your PIN. Visit newcatalog.ippl.info for more information.

Our library's catalog is provided by SWAN, a network of 77 local libraries offering more than 8 million items.
