Love to read and looking for a New Year's Resolution idea? Join one of our book discussion groups! You'll meet new people while exploring a new book each month.

Novel Idea: a book club for for readers who like to delve into a book's characters, plots, setting, and themes. Drop in at the library for a librarian-led discussion on the second Wednesday of the month (September-May) at 7 p.m.

Crime Readers: a book club for readers who like unraveling clues, interpreting evidence, and analyzing characters. We partner with the Woodridge Public Library to bring crime readers together on the third Thursday of the month (September-May). Meets at 6 p.m. for dinner (optional) and 7 p.m. for discussion at Home Run Inn Pizza, 7521 Lemont Rd. in Darien. Find Crime Readers on Facebook.
