Food for Fines
|
Our annual Food for Fines will be held from Sat., Dec. 7 through Sun., Dec. 15. The library will accept one nonperishable food or personal care item for each dollar of fines owed. No opened or expired items, please. All the items collected are distributed to local organizations.

Unable to get to the library? | If after an illness or surgery, you can no longer drive, are housebound, or temporarily disabled, the library can bring book, movies, etc. to you. | IPPL has several pieces of special equipment designed to help users with impaired speech, sight, or mobility: -motorized cart at Welcome Desk for use in library -two personal HiTec Sound Wizards for use at programs -a full page magnifier with a 7"x10" full view lens -an assistive listening device (PockeTalker) that helps hard of hearing people communicate effectively one-to-one -a special keyboard (IntelliKeys) that helps people with physical, visual, or cognitive disabilities type, enter numbers, navigate on-screen displays, and execute menu commands Ask any staff member for help. |
