Commit to Staying Committed!
We're nearly one month into the new year. As we know, resolutions rarely stick - so what if you try something new this year? Look at the challenges, opportunities and visions you have set out for yourself for this year. What new habits do you need to put into place to achieve them? What do you need to release? Can you commit to staying committed and mindful towards adjusting at least one habit towards a cherished goal this year? The success you create from doing just that one thing, and proving to yourself that you're accountable to yourself, should spark confidence and reinforce similar actions towards the rest of your goals - like dominoes; try it out!
I hope this will be your best year yet; it can be if you remember that making it so is (mostly) up to you. To help you take the first step towards a breakthrough year, be sure to scroll down and read my latest article reviewing my hands-down favorite book for entrepreneurs in 2015. I think you will find some valuable tips and tools in this book for taking it to the next level this year.
In the meantime, I'm looking forward to seeing or being in touch with most of you this year, and to sharing in your successes and wins!
Warm wishes,
Kelli
"My Favorite Book of 2015 for Entrepreneurs"
Every year, there are countless books published on how to become a better entrepreneur, and every year, one of those books reigns supreme over all of the others. I read more than 100 books a year.
In 2015, "Disrupt You!" by Jay Samit was that book.
It not only offers an important toolkit of entrepreneurial best practices, but it also conveys the importance of a mindset shift that can transform individuals and businesses alike. In a world where change is the only constant, Samit recognizes and underscores the need for professional and personal disruption in order to continually transform and reinvent yourself and your business.
