I've been thinking a lot about those who bust the mold. Here's the thing about mavericks--we bring a lot to the table, more than meets the eye. While we may have one thing we "do" (according to how the world sees us), we often have far more than one core competency--and more than one goal we are called to accomplish. Gratefully, in today's world, we aren't pigeonholed. Rather, we are allowed--and even encouraged--to redefine ourselves over and over.  

What does this mean to your brand?  

It means you get to pivot and shift. It means you get to explore new paths. Not all of them will work out. But for every failure, you will surely make new relationships, you'll learn and create new opportunities. The trick is to fail forward. Because going out on a limb is the place where you'll find the juiciest fruit.
