The Key to Success? A Trusted Advisor.
There's this thing that happens when we finally stop "going through the motions" in life, trying to meet endless obligations and drowning - and jump ship to do the ONE thing we know we're meant to do. What happens? It gets easier. We get that sense that we're in flow with the universe.
So knowing that - WHY is it so hard to take that leap of faith? Part of it is the endless line of naysayers willing to throw darts of negativity at you. And if it's not outsiders - it's your inner "committee" telling you to stop dreaming and get real. But the simple truth is that one of the keys to harmony is to do what you love - and love what you do. And if you FAIL AT THAT, then so be it. That is a fail forward in my book. Having said that, be sure that you've built an arsenal of good ingredients to make your project a reality - and the #1 starting point is your trusted advisor AND that trusted advisor's contact list and inner circle. After your advisors are in place, everything takes on a life of its own and the to-do list, with great leaders on your team, becomes very, very clear.
If you're ready to take that leap, send me a note. I'm excited to hear about what you're building and to tell you who, in my own circle, might be able to give you wings and set the plan in action.
Come have a virtual cup of coffee with me and discuss how I can help bring the right people to the table and help create those partnerships, email me at Kelli@AllAccessGroup.com.
Until next time, Kelli

A Special Happy Birthday to my friend,
Julian Lennon
On April 8th, one of the most creative minds in music and photography, Julian Lennon (yes, John's son) celebrated his 51st Birthday. Knowing Julian, it comes as NO surprise that he donated his birthday to his foundation this year: The White Feather Foundation, in a quest for global clean water. Join me in making a donation to the Clean Water Campaign through White Feather & wish Julian a Happy 51st Birthday.
Many Happy Returns, my friend!
