InnerFluence: Harness Your Inner Strengths to Create Greater Impact and Influence on Your World
All the world's great leaders understand that to maintain peak success at work and enjoyment in life, we must also take time to reflect on who we are, where we are going, and what it is we want to achieve so we can make a difference in the world we inhabit.
Hidden within all of us is the urge to grow, to expand, and to move beyond where we stand at this very instance. It is a powerful desire to achieve greatness, and to reach further than we have ever done before. Self-mastery is what influences everything and everyone around you. Some people call it confidence. We call it 'InnerFluency'.

- Do you life feel like your life is on cruise control?
- Are you ready to grow beyond your limits?
- Would you like to increase your influence to create a better w
orld for yourself and others?
- Do you want to be in the top 1% of highly impactful leaders?
This is a special program. We are seeking individuals who are committed to thinking and operating differently in order to have more of what they want, who are committed to playing full out.

Mentoring Moment for October
Question: How do I REALLY create work life balance?
Answer: Forget balance! Give yourself a break and go with rhythm and flow on a day-to-day basis.
*Set an intention to HAVE work life balance for starters; prioritize time for yourself and with friends/loved ones after hours during the work week and on the weekend. Carve those times out as sacred. There's always more work to be done in a given day than can be done.
*Prioritize what must get done each day using whatever system suits you best & GET THOSE THINGS DONE no matter what. Set yourself up for success by having no more than two to three major priorities to tackle on a given day. Actually block out time for interruptions on your calendar to hold time aside to deal with them when and if they arise. If there are no interruptions, you've just set aside more time to focus on your priorities for that day. Finally, identify times of the day and days of the week when you are most productive & leverage those times; go with the flow of your own rhythm each day and know where the ebbs and flows are from week to week (typically reasonably consistent).
*Establish boundaries where you don't allow others to suck your time; don't engage in water cooler banter and watch your productivity soar as your stress levels decrease. Have set times throughout the day when you'll check and respond to e-mails (not with every ding!), and don't feel obligated to pick up the phone when it rings. Return calls and e-mails every couple of hours at your discretion. Remember that you control your time & focus; no one else can or will.
*Delegate to others around you tasks that aren't a good use of your time (ROI), don't play to your strengths, or that you just don't want to do. This applies both to work and with friends and family as well. Don't take it all on yourself!

The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself
By Michael Singer
Truly one of the most profound books I've read in a long time (and I've read many) on personal growth and transformation.
By tapping into traditions of meditation and mindfulness, author and spiritual teacher Michael A. Singer shows how the development of consciousness can enable us all to dwell in the present moment and let go of painful thoughts and memories that keep us from achieving happiness and self-realization.
