Strategic Planning:
Critical Survival Skills for the 21st Century is next week! (10/24)
What is this thing known as "strategic planning" and why do you need it? Laura Roberts, principal of Roberts Consulting, will introduce the process of strong planning in an interactive day-long workshop. When an organization defines a clear strategic agenda that is relevant to and valued by its community, it has taken the first steps towards sustainability. Following the workshop, we will have a tour of our host site - Boscobel.  For more information, including the day's agenda, please click here or on the picture above.
