Fleet Update

Greetings DSC'rs!

This past Saturday saw a small but productive group of volunteers who managed to step the rigs on two J/22s despite the cold. Jazz and Jolly Roger are back in the water and ready for action, and Joker and Jammin' will be towed back over from Tidewater later today. CoCoJ and Jolie are blocked in the bay and getting stripped down, ready for paint. The rail repair on Mary Anna has commenced, and we will be installing a new rubrail to keep her in top shape.

The weather looks less-than appealing for Saturday's work party but there is plenty of work to be accomplished inside the tent if the weather turns nasty. The DSC has invested a lot in getting the fleet ready for this year but volunteer support is essential to making sure all the work gets done in time for the season at a sustainable cost.

Don't forget to register online for Saturday's Work Party, and also please attend tomorow's Monthly Social, where we will be presenting new information regarding the fleet status and repair updates.

We look forward to seeing you there!
