Cannery Pier Hotel Honored by Trivago.com
The trivago Awards 2017 celebrate America's best properties - based entirely on guest reviews. Chosen for their outstanding customer service, ranking and performance, the awards recognize the 10 best properties in America in four different categories. The Cannery Pier Hotel was ranked number six of the best 5-star hotels in the U.S. The list was published in mid-November by trivago.com and their digital magazine Room5. The elegant Langham Hotel in Chicago is the best 5-Star hotel in the U.S. according to their guests' online reviews, followed by Napa Valley's elegant spa retreat, the Bardessono, and the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in sunny San Diego. Read more in the press release or the Room5 article. Congrats to the Cannery Pier Hotel!

High Life Adventures Picked as an Oregon "Fan-Favorite" Destination
Recently, Oregon Business Magazine collected online reviews from multiple sources (Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.) of roughly 9,000 tourism destinations in Oregon. They then ranked the results to determine the 100 Best "Fan-Favorite" Destinations in Oregon. The full list of winners will be announced and honored at an event in Portland on December 7, but we know now that High Life Adventures made the top 100. Congratulations to HLA for providing a consistently great experience for visitors to our area. Keep an eye on oregonbusiness.com in December for the full list of winners.
