Enterprise Products, the owner of the Texas Eastern pipeline, has already closed the key Todhunter Ohio terminal, claiming that its underground storage caverns have leaked, more on this story next week. Now they have announced that the Centennial Pipeline, a key propane supply line from Texas to the Northeast, will be reversed so that propane from the Marcellus formation in Pennsylvania will be sent down to Texas for processing and export. These exports have already driven inventory down by nearly 1 million barrels just last week, when inventory has built every Spring by a similar amount.
