From Melanie Leach: For the past  four years, I have sung in the choir of Knoxville Christian Arts Ministries and God has used this ministry to expand what it means for me to use artistic gifts in hidden, forgotten places. KnoxCAM is now auditioning singers, actors, dancers, handbell ringers, and orchestra players for our 2015-16 season beginning August 18. If you are a Christian performing artist with a heart to share the gospel in prisons across Tennessee, contact director at jilllagerberg@cspc.net. Find out more at knoxcam.org.

Compassion Coalition

A way to assist Compassion Coalition: If you live in Knoxville, please take time to fill out CC's Family Well-Being survey! Compassion Coalition is creating a digital 4th edition of the Salt & Light Guidebook, and the information collected from you in this survey will be used to better understand family life in Knoxville. Click here for survey. The purpose is to a) reflect on critical issues facing Knoxville; b) help CC discover how God is at work in the Knoxville area; c) suggest ways to encourage more volunteers and churches to be involved in God's work in the Knoxville area; and d) contribute to the Salt & Light website as a quality resource for those seeking the well-being of their city (Jeremiah 29:7).  This is a two page survey, and the second page is optional. Feel free to pass the link along to your friends, neighbors, and co-workers so a more comprehensive view of family life in Knoxville is possible!

If you are interested in buying some "ready to lay" pullets, the Knox County 4-H Poultry Show and Sale is at 11am on Saturday, July 25 at the Karns Community Fair at Karns High School. All Souls offers several classes for children during our Sunday evening service on the third floor. There is a nursery for babies under the age of one, and two classes for 1 to 2-year olds that meet during the whole service on the third floor. Children between the ages of 3 and 11 stay for the first part of the service and then come upstairs for a time of Bible stories, songs, and fun. Contact Melanie Leach at 865-705-9482 or keepingheart@gmail.com.

If you're moving or going on a mission trip and would like for the church to send you out with prayer during the worship service, contact Jesse at jesse@allsoulsknoxville.com.
