Logan Mahan and Josh Peterson

Our Easter service is Sunday, at 10 am at Old Mechanicsville Park. The park is located on the corner of Arthur Street and McGhee Avenue. You may park at the Helen Ross McNabb Center, which is located at 600 Arthur Street. Click here for a map of these streets in the Mechanicsville area. The park is located directly across from the Mechanicsville Fire Station #5. Remember to bring a chair.

We celebrate Maundy Thursday on April 2 at 6 pm in the Square Room.

Our evening together takes its inspiration from the Last Supper, where Jesus washes the feet of his disciples and gives them the deeper command to love as He loves, and He promises the Holy Spirit will come (John 13-17). We celebrate the story together with a potluck meal and a short service with music, teaching, foot washing, and Eucharist. Bring a dish to share. We will provide drinks and utensils.

Stations of the Cross -

April 3, 5:30 pm Market Square on Good Friday.

This event is a collaborative effort of the downtown churches. Paige Severance has written and will present a homily at one of the stations in collaboration with Ashley Addair Walker, who has created an interpretive painting.

All are welcome to join the Charles' Easter celebration. We will host an open house for brunch at 11:30 am on Easter Day. Bring a side dish if you are able.  Remember that one is never too old for an egg hunt. Our address is 6722 Crystal View Way, 37919. Please RSVP at lscharlestn@yahoo.com.

All Souls is now participating in Knox Area Rescue Ministries' Corners of Your Field initiative. If you donate your excess items to KARM, make sure to let them know that you go to All Souls. KARM will then return to All Souls a portion of the value of these items in the form of gift cards so that we can help those in need. Here's a video that explains the Corners of Your Field program.

Congratulations to Jess and Elizabeth Stockton, who welcomed Maya Vaughn Stockton to their family on February 24, 2015!

Looking for a place to connect with people at All Souls, talk about the sermon, and enjoy a meal? Steve & Amy Duncan and Vincent Charlow will facilitate this weekly group. The meal on the 12th will be provided. Please email amy.duncan@comcast.net if you plan on coming so that enough food is prepared. Also, if you will be needing childcare, please let Amy know that as well.
