: Members will vote on the Shepherding Team slate directly after the service on Sunday, Nov. 23. We will briefly hear from Danny, Dan and Ginger, and then vote on the slate as a whole. Please move towards the front of the room at the end of the service so we can begin quickly. Thanks!

"What does it look like to love our homeless neighbors?" Do you find yourself asking this question as you attend church in the heart of the city or visit the downtown area? Steve Duncan, one of our members who works for Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM), will lead this informal discussion on Sunday, November 23rd in the conference room after the Shepherding Team vote. Pizza and drinks will be provided. If you have a specific question you would like for Steve to cover during this time, please submit it to Steve at sduncan@karm.org before the 23rd. To ensure we have enough food, please RSVP to jill@allsoulsknoxville.com.

ATTENTION ALL SOULS' FAMILY...

In an effort to ensure we have the most recent contact information for you, PLEASE click on the link below and take a few minutes to fill out our online questionnaire. This information will serve the following purposes: 1) it will allow the church to have an up-to-date database of our people, 2) it will provide necessary information to put together a church directory, 3) it will be a good resource for connecting people in the body, and 4) it will ensure we have accurate addresses for mailing the end-of-year giving statements. This should take

less than 10 minutes of your time. If you have any questions, email jill@allsoulsknoxville.com. https://docs.google.com/a/allsoulsknoxville.com/forms/d/1t2ZAlSndH542H8-S29WblDRRMCzSDDtM0ayMY1D7Qb8/viewform

Joy: An Irish Christmas with Keith and Kristyn Getty

Keith and Kristyn Getty will host a Christmas concert at the Tennessee Theatre on December 20. We sing a number of their songs in our services, such as In Christ Alone, Oh How Good, and Repentance (Father, We Have Sinned). They'll have more instruments on stage than we have on a Sunday night, so that's one difference you'll experience. They'll also have a 100 person choir, which has not worked well in the past when we've tried to fit that on our Square Room stage. You can buy a ticket directly, but we can get a group discount if at least 10 of you want to attend. Email me if you're interested in the discount and I'll let you know if we can meet the minimum. -Jesse (jesse@allsoulsknoxville.com)

knoxvillecommunityKnoxville Community Involvement

All Souls does not take formal positions on doctrinal or ethical positions outside of the Creed. We do, however, support our people as they, under the authority of scripture, in prayer and through community, discern the way of Christ in our world. Following Augustine, we believe in essentials, unity, in non-essentials, charity and in all things love. We celebrate all the diverse ways our members  follow Christ in the world, even when we disagree with one another. Announcements in the update reflect the many ways our people are serving God in our community. They do not reflect All Souls' endorsement of a particular issue, doctrinal position, or cause.

Box 325, Knoxville, TN 37901 or make an online donation at
