Interested in learning more about or joining All Souls? The Fall Pilgrimage Class will be Tuesday nights September 9th through October 14th. Sign up on the website. Class is limited to 12. Details when you sign up. A second Fall Pilgrimage class will be Monday nights November 3rd through December 8th. Will a small grant advance your efforts to seek the peace of our city? Here is an application for an All Souls grant of up to $500. Download Application here and submit to Marie Alcorn. Teachers! Join our support group to discuss how God's moving in our schools and to learn how to pray for each other. Our next meeting is Sunday, July 21, 10:30, at the Crackle Barrel off Merchants Rd. Community Involvement
All Souls does not take formal positions on doctrinal or ethical positions outside of the Creed. We do, however, support our people as they, under the authority of scripture, in prayer and through community, discern the way of Christ in our world. Following Augustine, we believe in essentials, unity, in non-essentials, charity and in all things love. We celebrate all the diverse ways our members follow Christ in the world, even when we disagree with one another. Announcements in the update reflect the many ways our people are serving God in our community. They do not reflect All Souls' endorsement of a particular issue, doctrinal position, or cause.

Fall Retreat "Autumn: Season of Letting Go"

Falling leaves show us that there must be a "letting go" to prepare space for new growth. God calls us to "die" that we might fully live. What outer clutter is holding you back? What inner worries, fears, busyness, or resentments are crowding out your joy?

Every Friday night from September 12 through October 17, Market Square transforms into an outdoor movie theater where folks bring their chairs, blankets and picnic baskets.

Knoxville First Friday is this Friday, September 5th and downtown is happening! Art openings from the 100 block of Gay Street to Market Square offer an enjoyable gallery walk. All Souls offers several classes for children during our Sunday evening service on the third floor. There is a nursery for babies under the age of one and two classes for 1 to 2-year olds that meets during the whole service on the third floor. Children between the ages of 3 and 11 stay for the first part of the service and then come upstairs for a time of Bible stories, songs and fun. The Soul Mammas: If you are a mom with a young baby interested in hanging out with other moms and their babies you should come meet with the Soul Mammas.
We meet Mondays at noon at varying locations. We talk about mom stuff, spiritual stuff, and have a desire to grow in prayer together. Please email/text Sarah Whisman at yankeevol82@ gmail.com or 865-385-1482 if interested! If you are a guy over 50 (or close to) and attend All Souls, we'd love for you to come to lunch with us on Fridays in the library at 4 Market Square on the 3rd Floor. Bring your own sack lunch. If you have a crying or rambunctious child, we now have audio in the prayer chapel that streams the service so you don't have to miss anything. Moms only if someone is nursing.
